The Sinus of Dorsal Concha is a paranasal sinus belonging to the group of concal sinuses. It is formed by the caudal coiling of the dorsal turbinate and usually opens into the middle meatus. Except in horses where this sinus is annexed to the frontal sinus and opens into the caudal maxillary sinus.
