Definition

The sphenoidal margin of temporal bone refers to the front edge of the squamous part of the temporal bone where it meets the greater wing of the sphenoid bone. This specific anatomical feature is located on the side of the skull, specifically in the floor of the temporal fossa and covered over by the temporalis muscle.
