Ramus medialis
定义
上六条胸神经后支的内侧支（ramus medialis；internal branch）在半棘肌与多裂肌之间走行，并支配这两块肌肉；随后穿过菱形肌和斜方肌，在棘突两侧穿出至皮肤。下六条胸神经后支的内侧支主要分布于多裂肌和最长肌，偶尔发出细支至近正中线处的皮肤。
