解剖学内侧桡骨近端角（anatomic medial proximal radial angle，aMPRA）是一种用于评估桡骨成角畸形并为矫正手术提供指导的测量指标。该角度由桡骨的内外侧位X线片或桡骨的多平面重建CT图像测定。
解剖学内侧桡骨近端角定义为额状面上桡骨解剖轴与桡骨近端关节定向线的交角。
