定义
桡骨近端关节定向线是用于评估桡骨角度畸形并为其矫正提供指征的解剖标志。
在矢状面上，桡骨近端关节定向线通过桡骨/尺骨的内外侧位X线片或多平面重建图像确定：即连接桡骨头近颅侧部分与桡骨头近尾侧部分的连线。
在额状面上，桡骨近端关节定向线通过桡骨/尺骨的颅尾位X线片或多平面重建图像确定。即连接尺骨内侧冠状突近内侧部分与桡骨头近外侧部分的连线。若上述标志点无法清晰辨认，可使用肱骨髁最远内侧缘和最远外侧缘作为替代。
