解剖学桡骨近端颅侧角（aCrPRA）是一种用于评估桡骨成角畸形并为矫正手术提供指导的测量指标。该角度通过桡骨的内外侧位X线片或多平面重建CT图像进行测量。
解剖学桡骨近端颅侧角在矢状面内，测量于桡骨近端解剖轴与桡骨近端关节定向线之间。
