桡骨远端关节定向线是用于评估桡骨成角畸形并为其矫正提供指征的解剖标志。
在矢状面上，桡骨远端关节定向线通过桡骨/尺骨的内外侧位X线片或多平面重建图像确定。该线连接桡骨腕关节面的颅侧部与桡骨腕关节面的尾侧部。
在额状面上，桡骨远端关节定向线通过桡骨的颅尾位X线片或多平面重建图像确定。该线连接桡骨腕关节面的外侧部与桡骨腕关节面的内侧部，忽略内侧茎突。或者，可将2个点切线连接至桡中间腕骨的近侧部。
