桡骨扭转角是用于评估桡骨角度畸形并为矫正手术提供指导的测量指标。该角度由桡骨多平面重建CT图像确定。
桡骨扭转角由以下两条线的交角定义：
- 近端：与桡骨头凹处颅侧骨皮质相切的切线
- 远端：与拇长展肌肌腱沟内侧隆起及尺切迹颅侧隆起相切的连线
以下为桡骨扭转角的已报道均值：
- 西施犬：20.91 +/- 3.00°（Jeong et al. 2020）
- 正常中大型犬：3.6 +/- 6.4°（Kroner et al. 2017）
