Jugular trunk is the anatomical term from Terminologia Anatomica 1 that groups:
The right jugular lymphatic trunk that is formed by the confluence of lymphatic vessels that drain the right side of the head and neck. The right jugular lymphatic trunk typically joins with the right subclavian lymphatic trunk and the right bronchomediastinal lymphatic trunk to form the right lymphatic duct or may directly empty int the right brachiocepahlic vein at the right venous angle.
The left jugular lymphatic trunk that is formed by the confluence of lymphatic vessels that drain the left side of the head and neck. The left jugular lymphatic trunk typically joins the thoracic duct before it empties into the venous system at the junction of the right internal jugular and subclavian veins, known as the venous angle.
