The right jugular lymphatic trunk is formed by the confluence of lymphatic vessels that drain the right side of the head and neck.

The right jugular lymphatic trunk typically joins with the right subclavian lymphatic trunk and the right bronchomediastinal lymphatic trunk to form the right lymphatic duct or may directly empty int the right brachiocepahlic vein at the right venous angle.
