The suprapyloric lymph nodes are located at the lesser curvature, immediately above the pylorus, along the right gastric artery and its origin.

These lymph nodes are part of the lymphatic drainage system of the stomach and are classified as station 5 in the Japanese Classification of Gastric Carcinoma.
