Fovea capitis radii
Definition
The radial articular facet is the concave articular surface located on the proximal head of the radius. It is the primary weight-bearing surface of the forearm, articulating with the capitulum and the lateral portion of the humeral trochlea to transmit forces from the brachium to the antebrachium.
