Sulcus longitudinalis plantaris
Definition
In bulls, the palmar surface (Facies palmaris) of the cannon bone of the hindpaw, has a weaker plantar longitudinal groove (Sulcus longitudinalis palmaris/plantaris) that also goes from one metatarsal canal to the other.
