定义
鼻腭神经（蝶腭长神经）是翼腭神经节的一个分支（三叉神经，上颌支，V2），比其他分支更长、更粗。
该神经经蝶腭孔进入鼻腔，穿过鼻腔顶部，经蝶窦口下方到达鼻中隔，然后在鼻中隔下部的骨膜与黏膜之间斜向向下、向前走行。
它经切牙管下行至口腔顶部，与对侧同名神经及腭大神经相交通。
它支配上颌前牙（中切牙、侧切牙和尖牙）周围的腭部结构。
它还向鼻中隔黏膜发出数条细支。
上颌神经的鼻后上内侧支通常从鼻腭神经分出。
