后下鼻分支

腭大神经的鼻后下支起自腭大神经在上颌骨内穿行腭大管下降过程中所发出的分支。腭大神经是翼腭神经节的一个分支。
腭大神经的鼻后下支自起始处向内侧穿行，经腭骨垂直板上的小孔，支配下鼻甲及中、下鼻道所在区域的外侧鼻壁黏膜及腺体。
