Nervi supraclaviculares mediales

内侧锁骨上神经（前锁骨上神经；nn. supraclaviculares anteriores；胸骨上神经）斜行越过颈外静脉以及胸锁乳突肌的锁骨头和胸骨头，支配延伸至正中线的皮肤。它们向胸锁关节发出一至两条细支。
