上牙槽前支（ramus alveolaris superior anteriores；上牙槽前牙支），体积较大，在神经穿出眶下孔之前发出；该支下行于上颌窦前壁的骨管内，并分出数支分布至上切牙和上尖牙。它与上牙槽中支相交通，并发出一鼻支，该鼻支穿过下鼻道外侧壁的细小骨管，分布于下鼻道前部及鼻腔底的黏膜，并与来自蝶腭神经节的鼻支相交通。
