Tunica conjunctiva bulbi
Definition
The bulbar conjunctiva is the part of the conjunctiva attached to the eyeball. Weakly attached to the sclera, it is transparent, thin and poorly vascularized. At the conjunctival ring, its epithelium fuses with the corneal epithelium.
