Fissura interlobaris caudalis
Definition
The caudal interlobar fissure is a groove that separates the lobes of the lung. It corresponds to the boundary between the lobes, allowing their anatomical and functional distinction. There is one in each lung: a right caudal fissure and a left caudal fissure.
