The great papillary muscle (Musculus papillaris magnus) is the eminent and usually largest papillar muscle of right ventricle, situated on the parietal wall (Ungulates) or related to the septal wall (Carnivores) of that heart chamber.

It corresponds to the anterior papillary muscle of right ventricle in humans
