Definition

Andréa Lopes da Costa

The central tendon of the diaphragm corresponds to the aponeurosis fibers between the crura and the peripheral muscle fibers.

Those oblique fibers intersect themselves in a multitude of directions, allowing their strength. It is especially visible around the opening that they encircled, the caval opening, which lays in its middle slightly to the right.
