Sulcus musculus brachialis

  • Synonym: Musculospiral groove

Definition

The broad groove of brachialis (musculospiral groove) spirals over the lateral aspect of the body, for the passage of the brachial muscle and radial nerve. On the distal part of the lateral surface is the lateral supracondylar crest, running to the lateral epicondyle.
