Septa sinuum frontalium
Definition
The septa of the frontal sinuses (or median interfrontal septum or mediofrontal septum) is the median separation between the homologous frontal sinuses.
Variation:
In ruminants, small communications may exist between the two sinuses at the level of the nuchal fossa.
