Meatus nasi communis

Definition

On the medial side, the three nasal meatus (dorsal, middle and ventral) communicate with a narrow space between the turbinates and the nasal septum, the common nasal meatus (Meatus commmunis nares), that goes from the rostral aperture to the caudal apertur of the nasal cavity and to the labyrinth of the ethmoïd bone.
