尺神经深支

定义
尺神经深支是尺神经的终末支，在手部内在肌的运动神经支配中发挥着至关重要的作用。它起自手掌，由尺神经分为浅支和深支后发出。
尺神经深支在手掌分出后，伴随尺动脉深支穿过Guyon管，深入手部走行。
肌支
在手掌中，尺神经深支最终对手部多块肌肉提供运动神经支配，包括：
- 小鱼际肌群：小指展肌、小指短屈肌和小指对掌肌。
- 内侧两块蚓状肌（第3 & 第4）：控制无名指和小指掌指关节（MCP）的屈曲及指间关节（IP）的伸展。
- 骨间肌：包括掌侧骨间肌（三块）和背侧骨间肌（四块）。
- 拇收肌：支配拇指内收，对有力的抓握动作至关重要。
- 拇短屈肌深头：偶尔由深支支配，参与拇指屈曲。
关节支
尺神经深支还发出细小的关节支，分布于腕关节，辅助本体感觉及手部运动所需的感觉反馈。
