尺神经手背支

定义
尺神经的背侧支（又称尺神经背侧皮支）起自前臂远端，在提供手背皮肤感觉神经支配方面发挥关键作用。
起源与走行
背侧支起自腕关节水平以上的尺神经。它行于尺侧腕屈肌腱深面，绕行至手背。
分支与神经支配
尺神经的背侧支随后穿过深筋膜，支配内侧1½个手指（小指及环指尺侧半）近端背侧皮肤及邻近手背区域。
其感觉分布进一步分为两条指背侧支：一支支配小指尺侧，另一支支配小指与环指的相邻侧面。
请注意，这些手指远端背侧的皮肤由来自掌侧的指掌侧固有神经分支支配。
此外，背侧皮支发出一条交通支，与桡神经浅支的指背侧支相连，共同参与手部的感觉覆盖。
