Definition
The sphenoidal rostrum is a kind of sting formed by the body of the presphenoid bone dorsally to the median wall (Septum sinuum sphenoidalium) that separates the two sphenoidal sinuses.
It is continued by the perpendicular plate of the ethmoid bone.
