Frontal border

Margo frontalis

Definition

The frontal border (Margo frontalis) of the parietal bone unites to the frontal bone.

In Bulls and Pigs, it is carved by the frontal sinus that extends in the thickness of the parietal bone and even in the occipital bone. The left and right sinuses always remain separated from each other by a thin median bony wall (Septum sinuum frontalium).
